Referral Program

Welcome to the Nero & Sofia Abbracci Collection customer referral program. You’ll find all the legal T&Cs further down the page, but let’s get started with the basics:

If you are our customer you can give friends 20€ off their first order, and you'll get 20€ credit when they make a purchase. The credits will be valid until the 31st of December 2018 with a limit of 300€, once the limit will be reached, we will communicate it to you. The referred person must be a new customer and make a purchase on our official website. Sale items excluded. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions. For entering the Program you have to claim your personal code writing to sales@neroandsofia.com

The personal code can be sent multiple times to friends but can be used only once by a Referred User. The Program will expire the 30th of September 2018.

Terms and Conditions:
The following terms and conditions govern your participation in the Nero & Sofia Abbracci Collection Referral Program, which we’ll call Program here for short. The Program is run by Nero & Sofia; The Participants referred to below are you (a Qualified User), and the person you’ve referred (a Referred User). To be eligible for a reward, you, as participants must agree to be bound by the rules described below.

Definitions:
Qualified User: a Nero & Sofia customer with a valid personal code, claimed and received after writing to sales@neroandsofia.com.
Referred User: someone who’s been referred to Nero & Sofia by a Qualified User (Nero & Sofia customer). You become a Referred User by using at the checkout a personal code that you received from your friend. This code, immediately and automatically, allows you to purchase with a 20% off on our products. The code will be valid only for your first order and by the end of the Program.

Eligible Referral:
the Qualified User has to be already a Nero & Sofia customer
the Qualified User and the Referred User cannot be employed by Nero & Sofia
the Referred User can’t be the same person as the Qualified User
the Qualified User must not have posted their unique referral link on a “coupon website” or similar website
the Referred User can’t have the same IP address as any other user of Workable (whether the user is a current or former user) at the time the Referred User signs up

Limit:
The Referral Program ends the 30th of September.
A Referred User can use the code only for the first purchase.
The personal code must be entered at the time of order, during the check out, and can not be added at a later time.
The personal codes can be shared and applied in all countries, subject to the terms and local conditions.
The credits of a Qualified User are valid until the 31st of December 2018 and can be used on all our products, with a limit of 300€. Once the limit will be reached we will communicate it to you and the Referral Program will automatically end for the Qualified User that reached 300€ credits.
Participants must be at least 18 years. Credits are not transferable and can not be redeemed for cash. Shipping costs are always charged to the customers.
Program and awards depend on and are subject to local laws and regulations.
The clients can not be employees, legal representatives or partners or affiliates of Nero & Sofia.
The referral program does not give rise to any relationship between the users and Nero & Sofia.
The users making the referral using their personal codes do not have the authority to represent or bind Nero & Sofia.
The terms and conditions are subject to change.

Good Faith:
We organize programs like these in good faith and we expect the same good faith by the participants. Marketing, promotion, publishing, mass distribution and sale of the reporting codes are not allowed and these codes will not be validated.

If a person makes a post on any social network (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, or LinkedIn) and stands to gain a profit from the endorsement or testimonial, he or she must at a minimum include a statement such as, “This is a paid endorsement,” or “#paidad.”

Privacy:
We do not collect your email and your friends email before you both sign up, so we do not run Direct Ads to your friends before they express their consent signing up on our website or purchasing a product.
This Referral Program respects the GDPR European Law since we don’t collect information or make direct marketing without the express consent of all the participants to the program.
Once you and your friends will sign up or make a purchase, your data will be managed in accordance to the GDPR European Law and in accordance to our Privacy Policy that you can read on our website, here: https://www.neroandsofia.com/pages/privacy-policy
Once signed up, you can check, manage and remove your data at any time simply writing to privacy@neroandsofia.com

YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER COMPANY, ADMINISTRATOR, NOR ANY OF THEIR SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS, AGENTS OR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING THE PROGRAM OR ITS CONTENT, ARE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THE PROGRAM WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES.
